- District Court records: use the District Court through the Delta County Combined Court for civil, felony, domestic relations, juvenile, probate, mental health, and County Court appeal records.

- Probate, wills, and estates: see probate records. Probate is handled by the Probate Division of District Court at the Delta County Combined Court, with requests routed to the Clerk of Court.
- Criminal and arrest records: see criminal records. Filed criminal charges and dispositions are court records; sheriff incident reports, jail records, photos, 911 tapes, and body-camera records in sheriff custody go through the Delta County Sheriff's Office.
