Colorado State Patrol Citations
Colorado State Patrol citation material directs users to Colorado Department of Revenue Driver/ID Services and the Pay and Submit Citations function for payment when the citation is payable to DOR. Delta County DUI and CDL Records

Restricted Delta County Traffic Records
Most adult traffic case information is easier to access than juvenile, sealed, or confidential records, but limits still exist. Juvenile matters can be restricted under Colorado Title 19. Sealed records are not available through ordinary public searches. Protected personal identifiers, protected addresses, minor information, and confidential material may be redacted from court copies.
Municipal court records must be requested from the municipality that holds them.
