Colorado juvenile delinquency record access is limited under C.R.S. 19-1-304, and juvenile court records are not treated like ordinary public case files. If you think a minor has shared data with us, reach out and we'll delete it right away.

For official public records, Colorado access rules depend on the custodian. County administrative records are handled under the Colorado Open Records Act, C.R.S. 24-72-201 to 24-72-309. Court-system records also follow Colorado Supreme Court CJD 05-01 and P.A.I.R.R. 2. Sealed arrest and criminal records are governed by C.R.S. 24-72-703 to 24-72-709.
