No Records on This Site
This site does not host any court records, jail rosters, warrant data, marriage records, divorce records, probate records, or vital records. We point you to the offices that do hold those records. Court case records are requested through the Delta County Combined Court or Colorado Judicial Branch resources. County administrative records may be governed by the Colorado Open Records Act, C.R.S. 24-72-201 to 24-72-309. Law-enforcement records may be governed by the Criminal Justice Records Act, C.R.S. 24-72-301 et seq., including C.R.S. 24-72-304, 24-72-305, and 24-72-306. Sealed records and juvenile records may be limited under C.R.S. 24-72-703 to 24-72-709 and C.R.S. 19-1-304. Court-system access also involves CJD 05-01 and P.A.I.R.R. 2. To get an actual document, you have to request it from the issuing office.
